1. General Return Policy
As we work with Printify to fulfill your orders, all items are custom-made upon purchase. Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, returns or exchanges are generally not possible unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Defective Products:
If the product has manufacturing defects or does not meet the quality standards, you may request a replacement or refund. - Damaged Items:
If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact us with clear photos of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order. - Incorrect Orders:
If the item received differs from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., selecting the wrong size, color, or design).
- Wear and tear, misuse, or improper care of the product.
4. Steps to File a Return or Refund Request
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us:
Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact Us page. Include the following details:- Order number.
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue (e.g., defects, damages, incorrect item).
- Review Process:
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it in coordination with Printify. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps, including whether a replacement or refund will be issued. - Resolution:
If a replacement is approved, the item will be reprinted and shipped to you at no extra cost. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
In cases where returns are required, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For all other situations, shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations.
