1. Order Processing

All our products are custom-made and fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand provider. As a result:

  • Order Production Time:
    Each product is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.
  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you notice any errors, please contact us within 24 hours to make changes.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days.
  • Canada: 7–15 business days.
  • Europe: 7–15 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the number of items ordered, and the shipping method selected. The final shipping fee will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.


4. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to variations in production times or fulfillment locations. In such cases, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.


5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. However, some destinations may have restrictions or additional customs fees and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


7. Delayed or Missing Orders

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier issues.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
  • For orders lost during transit, we will work with Printify to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. AIMORPHMASTER is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.
